ESPN's Dr. Mark Adickes said 4-6 weeks was an aggressive timeframe, and a more likely timeframe for Dez Bryant's recovery is 8-12 weeks.

Seems 8 is the more common number being thrown around now. Much bigger of a loss than 4. Instead of just hanging on while he is out and trying to run on all cylinders for the rest of the year, now there is no time to make up for a bad stretch if it happens. Any team that can't replace one WR wasn't going anywhere any way, but the road looks a lot tougher now. Huge game next week. If Dallas wins at Philly and goes up two games this injury hurts a lot less.

yep a win in Philly is really important 2 games up on the eagles would be sweet in any season and even better this year with Dez out for a extended time.

That is going to be huge. I was leaning towards Dallas pre injury, but now I am taking the Pats to win (assuming the Pats don't have any injuries themselves in the mean time either).

I still think Butler has game. He was all over Antonio Brown, but Brown kept coming up with the catch. None were gimmes.
butler MAY be a gem. may be.

i did like what i saw on brown, even with browns numbers. he could have had a lot more.

that first catch brown had, butler was on him like a jersey.

Isn't this the same type of injury that jacked up Keven Durant's entire season?

I'd error on the side of caution if I were Dallas.

and hes only here because one of bills guys told him he NEEDED to bring this kid in.

Have you seen Do Your Job on the NFL network? Decent.

Lots of Bill talking and such. Talking about the formation they used against Baltimore last year and how he and Josh McD didn't want to use the formation in the first half so Baltimore could adjust to it at half time. Or the pass Edelman tossed.

Smart man.

Very smart man.

its why hes the best coach in the game now, and maybe ever (debatable of course)

he may bend the fuck out of rules, but thats what geniuses do.

the mans a football genius, plain and simple. after the rod rusts of my youth, i am seeing the end of an unbelievable treat with brady and belichick.

think we will see that kind of QB/coach combo dominate for that long, again?
