Yeah that is a odd pickup not sure I understand it from the Devils standpoint.

Lokti is hardly used right now because PDB hates young guys........ And he only wants to play LW (or maybe it was center). But if he plays, he's a good addition

probably not. Ruutu is 2 years past his prime and on his way out of the league. He plays on the wing though which Loktionov can't do.
