Vice....time for the "head out the window". Shake those cobwebs out. Like the Trump....you have been put in second place, here and by others today. You need to get out, meet the people, see the sun, hear about happy times, and good events. You are so tied up in this crap...you don't see that you are getting played...and burned.
By someone that is posting made up shit? lol... iffy... have your male nurse get you your pills.

Didn't I post a Fangraph projection, based on projected WAR, that showed KC in first in 2016? Just a few days ago? (spin, spin, spin)

It really isn't surprising since the KANSAS CITY ROYALS ARE REIGNING WORLD CHAMPIONS!!! Something Vice just has not been able to grasp (for over 2 years) in HIS yearly projections!

Vice....after seeing your continued personal saga with bums (going on what? 2 or 3 years or something?) and the fact that you have spent the ENTIRE day posting on Sportshoopla - from 8:07AM until now - I am going to pass on any continued chat with you of any kind. It was stupid on my part to begin with. People like you are the type that could become dangerous, and I need no part of that kind of stuff. Thus, I will absorb the silly and child-like remarks aimed at me here and just ignore you. I shiver at the thought of someone like you finding out where I live. So...personal apologies to you, I hope your situations work out well for you. Adios.

The Tigers are out of options with Holaday.....what can they get for him?
An A ball catcher? Idk.

I like BH just fine as a backup catcher. But being out of options, without a great arm and not much of a standout at the plate, Id think he'd bring something minimal in return. The out of options part being the biggest factor there, for me.

I'd rather see us keep him around most of the spring in case of injury tbh.

Having seen Saltamachia in AZ, I would not get all excited about him. He showed some power, but Chase Field is a homer friendly park. The rap against him was his defense....and that was on a team that had Wellington Castillo as the starting catcher - who is not a defensive wizzard. Too bad you can't keep Holiday around - need to get someone with experience in Toledo.

I doubt they are going to get anything more than a fringe arm in a ball for him. Better than nothing.

Its what happens when you draft a bunch of the same position in a very small amount of time... You are going to not have room for them all. Holaday and McCann were all drafted after the Tigers were scrambling to get some catchers into their system.

I'm not very excited about Salty really. He can play first, that's a small bonus.

But the guy has hit over .235 once since 2009. Don't really care if he's a switch hitter really. His bat won't be an impact for us.

But I assume that was the reasoning behind signing him. (Along with being a vet and being the only other guy on the team that can realistically fill in at first for more than an inning here and there.)

BH could be back in Detroit again, but two young soft hitting righties isn't ideal for a team that wants to compete for the division.
