Yup and that's why stats lie.......No one will remember this game as a blow out.......But some dip shit scout will say something like ERA or WHIP or K's vs Balls........Stats are bloated do to outcomes of games that are out of hand etc etc.....

You learn way more watching a game then ever spending years behind a spread sheet thinking numbers add up......This crap is moneyball......that was a movie and the A's have always sucked!!!!!!!!

Tigers are going with a 3 man bench - partly because they are carrying Lowe on the roster as a 13th pitcher. I understand the money thing....but on the surface it appears pretty stupid.

They have been going back and forth from a 12-13 man pitching staff all season. But it seems like the 3 man bench has been the norm for awhile...since Moya left at least.

Anyone check out my thoughts on two triples in the same inning? I guessed Ty Cobb......I'm sure it happened before but this team has been slow for a long time.......When I saw two triples in the same inning I was shocked.........Maybe Granderson got one in 6-7 years ago but doubt it.
