Nice game by The Big Noodle and the defense. The bats just didn't come to play last night. Still, a series win on the road against a top-tier team is something you'll take every time. And 3 wins in 4 games without Victor in the lineup. We'll see if he's healthy enough to go against the Brew-ha-has tonight.

Totally agree. I don't know WTF the replay umps were looking at to not overturn it. That was a killer. Still, another weak swing and weak ground ball with RISP for Victor. He can't play even 75% right now, and really needs to hit the DL until after the All-Star break.

I'm with you. Changed the channel and watched women's bowling on ESPN2. That's how bad the Tiger game was. Sanchez will be hitting the DL soon with whiplash. 9 home runs allowed through May 19. He's headed for Brad Radke territory.

And what's worse ... the Tiger bats have scored 4 runs in 3 games off average to below-average starting pitchers. Just rolling over at the plate with horrible ABs. Was surprised to see Broxton pick him away. Figured after he walked Collins to get to Nicky it'd be a bunch of junk in the dirt. Instead he pitched to his strengths.

Hopefully that gets him rolling.
