I for one think dombrowski has done great as GM and should be praised for moves such as the Cabrera move obviously. But at the same time he should be criticized for going into the season on a world series contending team without a closer.

Totally agree. (and DD deserves a kick in the pants for taking so long to find a 2B last year - although when he finally made a move, it was a good one.)
