I played in so many Ludington Mackers.. I was supposed to be in the dunk competition in 2000.. but hurt my ankle.. that was the place to be in MI that weekend.. every year... that was like my favorite weekend.. parties were crazy as I got older... Women from everywhere.. It was great... if you had someone that lived close enough to have a place to park.. you were good. Ah the memories... Growing up in West MI was good times man...

All I could do was dunk with two hands.. nothing special... but I figured I would enter and lose in the first round so all the chicks would see me compete... ah to be 18 again...

Dunking with two hands is harder than just one, its somewhat special you have to be very athletic or relatively tall.

I have to smile.. I keep hearing people blowing their hole about how Verlander is having a bad year... His bad year is being 17th overall in era for qualified starters... 3.51.. and a whip of 1.34. Seriously... I love how high the bar is for Verlander.. If he is not top 3 in era, wins, whip, and k's.. he is failing.

Hope Justin can bounce back to top form for the playoffs... that is all I care about... just get me something to celebrate Tigs... shut up the haters the easiest way there is.

I for one will not blow my hole about JV. Haters gonna hate.

I remember playing in one at pere marquette in muskegon back in 90....mark hughes from reeths puffer and UM's team ended up winning it. The wind always made it tougher to shoot being right there on the beach..

Cant say i ever been to ludington outside of riding by it on the way to the casino in manistee.....being from muskegon, we didnt go too far north...i didnt usually go past whitehall since i had family there.....the farther north, the more it turns into the boonies....thats deer hunting country...montague, shelby, hesperia, pentwater.....and my cousins wedding reception is in oct in shelby...maybe nate will be there if baltimore is not playing anymore come oct.....

Well tigers back to playing tonight....off days equal gus macker and west michigan talk.

Yeah, it's weird that the average dives back down so much the third time thru. Walking the leadoff man wasn't what I wanted to see here in the fifth.
