This game is a huge game. Winner takes 2nd place in division for sure and possibly the lead if GB loses. We don't always play well in the elements outside so we'll see what's in store.

A short week for the Bears and a week off for the Lions should work in our favor. But McCown is no bum. He doesn't look like much of a downgrade from Cutler. That defense can be had though. They're not the same Bears D we're used to from years past. With Rodgers out or at least dinged up for awhile (they're not saying much yet), the Pack should struggle until he's right, so this one is huge. It's the kind of game that division winners win.

I guess Cutler is back this week. Maybe he'll be rusty. I don't think it makes a huge difference regardless. The early word is collarbone for Rodgers. That could be a month or more.

It's the kind of game that division winners win.

This is my thinking too. We can't lose this game and expect to win the division. We showed what kind of a team we are indoors. Outside, whole 'nother story. Whoever wins this is in the driver's seat for the division title. Rodgers going down for even a month could potentially kill their season.

Tillman is obviously already back but I don't believe Briggs or Melton will be. That's huge for our offense. Now our defense needs to get another solid gameplan of how to stop Forte, Marshall, and Jeffery.

This game is for the division lead! Not 2nd place. GB can still tie the winner for the lead, but their records would be the same. In theory they'd hold the tie-breaker since they beat us head-to-head, but that only applies at the end of the season...

I think Megatron is going to have a big game against Chicago finally, kind of exercise some demons against a club that usually shuts him down.

Last nights game opened up a big window for us- it's time to take the next step and win the division. Fuck the wild-card spot, I want to win the division and host a 1st round playoff game. We've got the 2nd half schedule to do it. We're 2-1 in the division right now with 3 more division games to go. We really need to beat Green Bay on Thanksgiving though- I think that may well be the division-deciding game right there... that and this Sunday. Win both and we'll be tough to take the division crown away from...

Calvin hasn't been at his best in Chicago historically. (Peanut, the weather, the gloves, the nerve damage that Schwartz says never happened, the drops, the motherfucking process....). Maybe he can bump it to 3-10 when he catches ten or more? Reggie needs to not lay the ball on the grass, I know that. And Cutler needs to get hit early and often. When he plays scared, he plays shitty.

You looking for more blitz' from secondary guys or better coverage with pressure from our front four? Bears have a lot of big targets. Makes me nervous.

Chicago helped Detroit last night a great deal by tacking a loss on the Packers.

Wish this one was at home but getting the Bears when they are on a short week should help.

Nevermind i looked it up, head to head to determine tiebreaker within division. So chicago wins, they are in first. Detroit wins and GB loses they are in first and if detroit and GB win the packers are in first.

The Lions have run well against the Bears at Ford Field and they have to do the same on the ground at Soldier Field. Melton and Briggs not plugging up the middle is huge. Our offensive line well rested and healthy should give us some extra push.
