They need to restructure contracts, apparently they don't have a lot of cap space and will be trading draft picks to acquire him.

I can't understand the Falcons going for this one other than to drive up the price for the division rivals in the mix. Watson isn't making that roster better and Atl is low on cash for FAs and wouldn't have picks to fill the many holes they have.
