I'm not sure about this Mayo argument(As a "Northerner" I haven't tried either mayo, I guess I should), but the fact that you like chicken gizzards trumps all that other crap

Love Gizzards. I can eat chicken liver, but I prefer using it for catfish bait, but gizzards are a lot like boiled peanuts with me, I'll sit and eat em until they're gone.

Horseradish mustard is fucking amazing.



Ketchup is fine and all, but it's a child's condiment. Mustard is delicious.

You can pretty much make anything taste good if you cover it in enough ketchup. Mustard looks and tastes like Fido's ass and I want no part of it.

And it's not just any mayo, it's Blue Plate mayo.

If your throat gets like that, you're likely at least sightly allergic to it. That's like me with eggplant, I get that way with certain preparations of it...

Yeah, I think your are right. It's just never been that big of a deal. I just don't really eat them unless I fry them up like I was saying and I guess that cooks out whatever allergy I may have.

Id have to hunt for a place here that sells chili. (Excluding Wendy's). And you can't turn around down there without seeing a chili place.

Looks completely bizarre. Salty and sweet actually do go together though. Does this pairing work in that way? I have NO idea, but as a Chef, I'd be willing to be a guinea pig and give it a shot...
