Yeah, I guess it does.

Outside of the Navy, it's the only real job I had for a lengthy amount of time.

So, I never really thought about those issues plaguing all walks of life.

It gets addressed at least yearly.

Every month we had some type of training class.

Sensitivity * barf *, sexual harassment, work place violence, financial management...etc.

Because of the frequency of these types of training, 1/3 slept thru it, 1/3 were there for mandatory training because they were guilty of the topic of choice and the last 1/3 were either new and too scared to take a nap or simply watching a movie on their phones.
