Georgia's 1981 schedule:

61-64 combined record. Alabama has played a much tougher schedule and the SEC is way more loaded these days.

Henry: 5.9 yards per carry.
Walker: 4.8 yards per carry.

Henry also has more TD's than Walker had. Walker had 20, Henry has 23(which ties the record for most in a single year for the SEC, tied with Tebow and Tre Mason.

Some people just don't want to give Henry the credit he deserves.

You are way off base comparing win/loss of of opponents when determining strength of schedule. Especially since you're comparing 1981 records to 2015 records.

Henry is a good back but feeding the ball to Perine 45 times a game would give him the Heisman.

Sorry Henry isn't true best player on Bama's team let alone the country. I'd take Drake over Henry every day of the week and twice on Sunday. What you aren't acknowledging is that the Heisman isn't about the best player in the country. It is the best player or player with stats on one of the highly ranked teams. Case in point Jameis Winston. Yep he had a heck of a year when he won it and I'm happy for him, but Andre Williams from BC deserved it more considering what he did. That is why I'd give it to McAffery. His over all play and ability to do it rushing, catching, and returning is just too impressive to me.

But I know if a Bama player is nominated he must win because. SEC.

Henry has over 1350 Yards AFTER contact. Thats more than OU,Clemson,and MSU's leading rushers have total. He would still be ranked in the top 20 total rushing just using his YAC.
