Anyone else think it is time for the Rockies to rebrand? New color scheme, drop Colorado and become Denver...Similar to how the Nuggets reimaged themselves and success followed.

The purple and the logo are completely 1990s.

Why? They have only been in existence for approx 20 years and have an NL Championship banner flying above their yard.

Is there a clamoring from the other metropolitan areas in Colorado?

Yep, Devner has quite the homeless population. North Jersey has quite the wealthy population. It's mostly suburbs of this place called New York City, maybe you've heard of it?

It is a very nice stadium, but they've also had a ton of weather delays and rainouts. They should have made a retractable roof when they first built it.

The teams with the most rain outs in the past decade are the Boston Red Sox (31), New York Yankees (24), and the New York Mets (28).

Meh. I can't find the full list of weather delays, but if Colorado had 27 to be the 4th worst, that'd be all of 2.7 games per season.

I still think of the Angels as the "California Angels", or the "Anaheim Angels". I never refer to them as the "L.A. Angels of Anaheim".

Even most Angels fans I know don't like "LA Angels." Should be either Anaheim or California. Heck, even calling them the "O.C." Angels would be a better fit.
