Definitely have the ammo to make some waves this year. Gotta admit that I’m impressed with KC’s ability to pay their QB and still manage to reload every offseason.

I have no issues with that Gardner pick or Kyle Hamilton or anything like that. I thought those were both great picks by Femmy... But I think Derek Stingley Jr is going to be something special. I have never graded a FR as well as I did Stingley. He honestly was probably the best CB in the nation his FR year not just the best FR CB. He has had injury issues but nothing major... One was more of a mystery illness his SOPH season. The guy has every tool to be an elite CB. If he stays healthy and continues to develop I think he and Patrick Surtain will be the top two CB's in the NFL before long... Something the an AFC West needs given the QB's in the division.

I'm 50/50 on this actually happening.

Veach as a GM has done well drafting DBs late.....

...but....

there is a huge gap on their roster at CB right now. And they got torched by J'marr Chase and Gabriel Davis last year.

So half of me thinks something like this will never happen and the other half thinks its the most likely move

Good pick, Meebs. I am surprised at the lack of Edge after the top 2 until now. I considered a couple of guys with both my Giants picks and this draft is loaded with talent there. I could see Walker going 2 or 3.

If Hutchinson goes #1 overall, I think there’s a fair chance Walker could go #2. I think he’s the kind of guy that Dan Campbell would LOVE.

Agree- Walker's stock is on fire right now. Thibodeaux seems to possibly be sliding but in reality we still have 4 weeks left so who knows.

I was considering Walker at 3, but don't feel like Howard is a long term answer at tackle, and want top tier bookends to see if Davis is the QB, or if not the next guy has everything he needs to succeed. Maybe Howard excels as a guard?

Other option was Hamilton with Reid going to KC.

I am just now seeing this trade. I think we need to involve it in this draft since none of it has impacted a pick already used. That has always been our rule.
