Like Jonathan Williams (Saints PS) from Arkansas last year, David Williams from Arkansas signed off the Jags PS.

We had a chance to activate him before Jacksonville got his rights but declined.

David Williams had better number than Booker..

I can see why They kept Booker to a point.

There are things us fans cannot see .Play book and blocking most of us do not see or key on .

I said teams would poach our RB's

Booker can catch out of the backfield, can play special teams and is a great blocker in pass protection. He is more valuable. Williams has limited upside. My guess is Jax cuts him after this week and puts him back on their PS... He could end up coming back to us too.. Jax signed him for injury insurance this week. My gut tells me he won't be on their active roster long.

As the season goes on more and more players will be plucked off practice squads. Injuries pile up.

The Jaguars picked up their 4th RB this week by adding Alabama/Dallas Cowboys 7th rd pick Bo Scarborough to their PS… It seems to me like the Jags are taking a little time to evaluate a lot of RB’s with the injuries there. I feel like David Williams could have a short stint on their active roster with the hope of signing him back to their PS.

Conversely, our drafts of late have been so poor that we have a much higher than average rate of UDFA's staying on the team.

Frankly, if we drafted the RB position as well as the Steelers have, would Lindsay have even made this team? Doubtful. Definitely not CJ Anderson.

I think in some cases - like Duke Ihenacho and probably Zaire Anderson - that is true .... But in the case of Lindsay, Jordan Taylor, Shaq Barrett - these are good players, esp Lindsay ..

Phillip Lindsay could make any roster in the NFL and be an impact player ...

Of course, Rod Smith and Chris Harris are names that should be mentioned too, as I think both of those guy have had HOF careers
