McCarthy is going to be a career backup. He is absolutely not some “big time” prospect. And no the Raiders have not already ruined their season with what they’ve done - Minshew led the Colts to a winning record and almost to the postseason last year, he can do the same with the Raiders IMO. Who knows about O’Connell.

Mayfield is clearly better than Carr IMO. The Browns should’ve stuck with Baker instead of trading for Deshaun who hasn’t done much for them. Baker went into a terrible situation in Carolina, no one could’ve had success there. He showed that he’s a good QB with his play with the Bucs last year, and he won a playoff game with them, something which Carr has yet to do despite playing for almost twice as long as Baker.
