I enjoyed the season... but was disappointed by the last episode... Also, it should not have been a 13 episode season, especially when one whole episode was dedicated to Karen's origin... you can skip that episode, and it wouldn't change any of your opinions about anyone or anything...

I did realy like this season a lot. Completely agree they really didn't need the Karen filler episode. They basically summed that up. In the scene where she tells Matt about how she killed her brother late. Basically the same result without dedicating an entire episode to it.


I really liked the story with Fisk. And how they built the character of Bullseye up this season. Could have ended a little better. But I'm really looking forward to next season

there is no such thing as a bad season of DD.

In my opinion, the 2nd half of season 2 was horrible. When the Punisher storyline got put on the backburner in favor of the Elektra stuff, the quality took a sharp decline.

But S2 as a whole was still good. The 1st half was THAT good.

Agreed that part 2 was weaker. To me the hand would’ve been better as a movie.

And it just didn’t fit in the dark gritty realist world they created. No other baddie wasn like the hand.

But getting Elektra out of it also dampened the blow.

It was definitely too long as they slowplayed the Fisk plan.

It’s bettee than 2 imo just because of how poorly the hand was setup and how they flew the hand all over the place from ninjas to horror and back.

But overall? What is ahead of it?

DD1, punisher 1 and JJ1.

It’s probably on par with defenders and dd2. Same tier. You wanna quibble aboht the order of tier 2 I’m not gonna argue too much.

I liked the Frank Castle portion of season two but I felt like everything about Agent Poindexter was cheesey. I understand they're setting it up for him to be something better in the future and maybe the next season will be better.

Other than that the focus of the story seemed to be all over the place from focusing on Fisk, to Karen, to Foggy, to Agent Nadem (sp?), to Poindexter, to Matt. They kind of tried to fit too much into one season.

Like Iron Fist and Luke Cage was, Daredevil canceled by Netflix, as confirmed by Deadline and Variety...

...but may return on new streaming service Disney+ to join other superhero series like Loki, Scarlet Witch / Vision, and Falcon / Winter Soldier.

I thought this past season was the best they've had, even if it didn't really follow the Born Again storyline as much as we were led to believe.

I assume Jessica Jones won't be having a season 3.

All these Netflix Marvel shows will show up on the Disney streaming service. No doubt. Jessica Jones and Punisher are the only original shows left on Netflix and I'm sure that won't last long either.
