Blatant missed call on the slash on Gonchar which broke his stick in half and directly caused the shorthanded goal against. Gonchar shouldn't have just quit on that play, but still. That's an automatic call that any other ref in the league would have made. It's not even a judgment call. A slash which breaks a stick is an automatic penalty according to the rule book. It should have been a 5-on-3 power play for Dallas, but instead the refs let the offender (Cogliano) score the winning goal. Total garbage. The Stars deserved better. For about 70% of the time so far they've been the better team, but they find themselves down 0-2.

That's what I'm saying. Its so aggravating that we're outplaying them and have nothing to show for it

I get so tired of seeing Kari get beat short side high. He has a bad habit of making himself very small in the butterfly sometimes leaving himself susceptible high. He hasn't been bad thus far, but he sure isn't playing up to his standards. He needs to steal a game or two. He hasn't made any game changing saves. And yes, turnovers have been the genesis of most of the problems, but elite goalies can make up for your deficiencies. need Kari, before it's to late.

I could only afford tickets to one home game, so I picked Game 3 thinking that's when the arena will be at its loudest- 1st home playoff game since 2008, should be crazy!

Its good for us because they are playing out of their element. Garbutt and Rous have got them getting out of their game and forcing things much more to try to make a statement. Hopefully the play continues just like this. I've always thought the second goal of a game is the most important one. I mean, getting ahead is VERY important, but if you can relax the goalie by getting a second, or you can tie it up with a second, then you have momentum and control. Lets get one more and sit our big dogs, because this is one of those games where someone is gonna get hurt.

Just got home and the AAC was deafening tonight! That's the loudest I've heard that building in forever. I'm not sure if it came across that way on the tv microphones, but the decibel level when the Stars first came out was insane! I got an awesome video of it with my phone I'd love to post on here if I could only figure out how.

On a sad note though, Robidas broke his leg and will miss the rest of the playoffs. It's the same leg he broke earlier this season with Dallas, only this time in a different spot on the leg. He was always such a warrior for Dallas and rehabbed all year long to make it back. He even kept in touch with his Stars teammates after the trade and was rooting for them up until this series. You hate to see a guy get injured that way. The Stars fans chanted "Ro-bi, Ro-bi" as he was helped off the ice.

Still, it was an awesome night!

You'll never hear the AAC that loud during a Mavs game. Glad to see the Stars get a win. I hope it ends up being a good series.

quick question will, did they give out green shirts at the game? I know they gave out towels, but the arena, although full, still looked really bland. The waving towels were nice, but I saw more white and grey then green. I was really hoping that every seat would be green and the towels would be green just to sorta establish an identity and a look. It was definitely rockin in that arena, but I think it wouldve been good for the tv to make it freakin ireland in there
