Well it's all relative and dependant upon who they'd replace him with. Could end up being a great move, could be lateral, they might take a left turn into a decade long QB wasteland.

Much like my Raiders and Carr, we've seen enough to know that with that guy, it'll never be anything outside of sub mediocre to slightly better than mediocre, and something different needs to be attempted.
