D Walker

Whats everyone's opinions on him? Do you consider him a elite option at TE? A must start in any league and a guy you would want to own? I really don't like the Titans situation at all. But I have the option to trade for him if I like. It would cost me Ivory if I did it. Ivory is just bench insurance for me behind Charles, Lynch and my Colts RB's. If I did trade for Walker would you just cut Jason Witten? I would go with Reed and Walker at TE. Witten has some value but more as a low end backup. Rather than a guy I want clogging my roster. No one is going to give you anything for him. But i'm sure someone would grab him post waiver claims on Wednesday.

Walker is a solid starter, nowhere near elite.

I would not give up Ivory since the two guys you already have are more or less on the same level. Reed has the ability to be better than Walker if he can stay healthy.

Walker could very well be top 5 this year. But only 2 guys I consider elite are graham and Julius Thomas. Walker falls in the next tier IMO. Maybe top 5 this year. I would do it if lynch and Charles are your starters IMO. I have walker on my team and traded Vernon Davis for alshon effect earlier in the year.

I would take Walker when I will only start Ivory if injury occurs.

The problem is, that next tier consists of basically every other TE who is worth rostering.. very little real seperation between Walker, and about 8 other dudes. I personally don't care much for Walker, but he's producing, usually.
I don't think the difference between what Walker is doing/can do is significantly better than what Witten/Reed can do any given week.. definitely not worth Ivory IMHO.

IF your TE was Donnell, or L. Green, or Ertz.. yeah probably worth it

Much better than Witten imo. My friend who is a cowboys fan said Witten will be involved a lot less this year in the offense. Volume should go way down. I would put walker in the very good starter category. The other tier is decent then meh.

I'm a Cowboys fan and I know he would be less involved. . Doesn't mean he's still not Romo's security blanket and
2nd best red zone option. Walker might be the same for the Titans.. but it's the Titans, and its Locker/Whitehurst not Romo. They just don't score much very damn often. Waller has played way way over his head thus far. .last week was much more indicative of where he'll be most weeks
