New league years begins 03-11-14 at 4pm EST. Owners are under assumption that salary cap will be 126.3 million, while Pro-Football-Talk reports they expect salary cap to exceed 127.5 million. Top 51 players salaries count towards cap while in off-season, including tendered offers. By the day of 1st regular season game, all player salaries count towards cap..base=b, signing bonus=sb, misc=m (incentives, workout bonus, roster bonus etc. some #'s are rounded off to save space

From that list Burleson and delmas should be worried. Leshoure will be traded. Green and Greenwood could be knocked depending on the draft. The rest I think will remain.

Burly, Delmas and Harris would be gone INSTANTLY... Hilliard cut and resign at vet minimum like he had last year. LeShoure being traded means you eat his Cap Hit, cut him save 800k+.... I doubt you get a 6th rounder for him, he didn't play last year...ADD Jason Jones to the Instant cut list too.
