Stance: Goofy
How much weight does curing leprosy carry for HOF voters?
It's my number one factor.

I agree about Fleury, but the HOF voters have consistently recognized mediocre goalies with multiple Cups, regardless of how much they factored into those Cups (or road the pine behind the rookie).
He'll get in methinks.
Whether anyone agrees or not, being the first and most recognizable face of the (to date) incredibly successful Vegas franchise will be a huge plus in his favo(u)r.
Don't think Stamkos is in yet. On pace but not yet, a step behind with Tavares and Kessel. This has been done on the MLB and NFL boards so I figured we could have the debate too.
Crosby

Thornton
Chara
Luongo
McDavid
Stamkos

I think Duncan Keith gets in.
Three Cups, two Norrises. Best D-man on the last closest thing to a dynasty.
And throws an elbow like nobody's business.
Does Joe Pavelski get in? He'll likely end up with 400+ goals and close to 900 points when his career is over, not shoo-in numbers by any means, but a very fine career. I know I know, it's the Hall-of-Fame, not the Hall-of-Very-Good, but that line has been crossed several times in recent years.

For me, if you play over 1000 games as a forward you should have at least 1000 points to get into the Hall of Very Good.Does Joe Pavelski get in? Or say like 750 points and 1000 PIMS or something along those lines. That is why I said Corey Perry earlier in this thread. For me, if you play over 1000 games as a forward you should have at least 1000 points to get into the Hall of Very Good.
