It's only cheating if you get caught. People want to vilify the Pats but any right thinking person knows it's league wide. I think it's far from presumption to make that claim. If players are willing to use PED's, what would make anyone believe they wouldn't toe the line or even cross it in order to win? It's absurd to believe any different.

If it is done in order to gain an unfair competitive advantage it IS cheating. I think injuring an opposing player to gain an advantage falls under the label of cheating accurately.

A bounty isn't cheating.

I'm also pretty sure this still goes on in the league. The Saints issue with their bounty issue is that a coach was involved. I'm pretty sure players still do it on their own with other guys on their team
