Crawford's shelf life with team's have proven to be very short through out his career, if not for the talent he had in Colorado he would've never won a cup.

No doubt that Tippett is the better coach - hands down. Dallas seemed to be doing pretty good throughout the first half of the year, I am not sure if an immediate firing is appropriate given their outcome.

Which makes me think there is a little more to the story on why this team began under performing and thus missing the playoffs. Clearly Crawford lost this team...
