Gotta say if you haven't watch this yet you should. I've always been glad that Garrett became HC. I like what he brings to the table beyond just football. This is a perfect example of it. It's a great speech.
He's a very good leader and he has learned to be a better HC over these years.

Yep...I've become a fan of Garrett
most in this generation don't mature and become adults till about age 27/28.

Jason has his flaws but leadership of men is not one of them. His message to the team has taken hold and I honestly believe the culture has changed in the locker-room. I wish him and My Cowboys all the success in the world.
