no conspiracy here but why would the NFL allow him to play the last two games with the missed drug test already in play? Dallas had to cut a player to bring him back. Oh well, Dallas's dline is getting healthy with Lawrence and Crawford back at practice today. Not an issue for a guy who mighty seen 5 plays next week.

Yeah but, this guy when he did play has a fantastic motor, and before I say this let me :puke: he could have made a "good defense" into a "great defense"

You knew what he was when you picked him up. Dallas gambled and lost. I can't really blame them for it.

If Gregory ever got his head on straight or the NFL stops penalizing players so harshly for stupid stuff like this, the Cowboys D all of the sudden is pretty deadly IF Jaylon Smith makes a comeback.

Funny, prior to 2015 season I thought this guy and Greg Hardy would make for a terrifying pass rush. I was a bit off on that one.

Smith very recently had the nerves start firing again and said he could have played in these playoffs but is definitely playing next year.

He's such a talented player, hope he makes it back, even if it has to be with the Cowboys.

Good to see the league wasting more of its talent.

so its the leagues fault hes a dumbass:suds:

No, it's the league's fault for wasting his talent by their own decisions that they have 100% control over. Just like I said, and not at all what I didn't say.

I don't give a fuck about Gregory's plight, I give a fuck about the league making the talent on the field worse. Get it?

The Cowboys have tried to provide Gregory with a strong support system. Hall of Famer Charles Haley served as one of Gregory's mentors, at least up until November, when Haley said on "The Fan" KRLD-FM(105.3), "I'm done."

"I come out there to help him, and he tells people he wants to fight me," Haley said. "So I'm done. He's got to take responsibility for his actions.

"You know what, you messed up once, OK. You mess up twice, you know you've got a problem. When you do it three and four times, man, how can you help him? He's got to want it himself."

"a marijuana problem".......

No problem, just stupid rule.

You can drink, get drunk and fall down and as long as you don't drive, miss practices, beat the missus, odds are you can have a long career.

Have a blunt though...... NO FUCKING MERCY!!!!!

Rule's a rule. League and players agreed to it in the CBA.

I think the celebration "rule" is stupid as hell. Doesn't change the rule.
