I like the hire. Rumor has Mike Nolan a candidate to be DC.. I hope not. His defenses were not very good when he was DC. There have to be better options.

You guys got a good coach. People can bitch about him, and Cowboy's fans will, but he knows how to win games and put together game plans. He went a little stale in Green Bay, but that can happen after 10 years. Good luck, just not too much.

Some things it will take some time to get used to for you guys are his no info press conferences.... phrases like "pad level" and "see the tape".... but in the end, he knows who he is, what his players are and how to put them in a position to win. At the end of his run in Green Bay they stopped believing and it made them a shit team. If they Cowboys buy in, y'all should do just fine.

McCarthy didn't get much help from Ted Thompson and his poor draft picks and the lack of signing any impact free agents. I wouldn't put it all on McCarthy plus his issues with Rodgers were overblown in my opinion.

He's more than 10% better than Jason IMO. All we had to do this year was beat the Jets and we host a playoff game.
