This seems like such an uninspired, weak hire. No other team was even interested in him. The Cowboys are going to continue to struggle IMO, I’m not sure what they are doing.

I don't know whether it's a weak hire or not. But the fact that no other team had interest in him is certainly no indication of such. No one else had Dan Campbell on their list when Detroit hired him, either. This is a lazy, copy-cat league with very little ingenuity.

Dont know how I feel about it.
But I know this.

Rather take a chance at the unknown & fail, than to retread & fail.

Out of the names they sounded like they were seriously considering.
