well as a HC.
He doesnt have to be the OC. (lets hire a proper one)
Maybe he understand decision making like HCs should, time management ensech better than the Jackass that just left. :noidea:

One can hope. Since that is all we have left
Still would rather him than Deion or Witten
He's already said he will call plays unfortunately

Jerry wins again!

And Cowboys fans lose again
THIS

All NFL owners and league office learned everything from Jerry on how to maximize the brand and profits.
This is the Jerry legacy and all he gives a shit about.

Meantime
The first 30 Super Bowl seasons saw Dallas play in 15 Conference championship games and 8 Super Bowls.
Jerry made all the money and got his Gold Jacket while Cowboy fans start season number 30 without a conference championship game appearance.

Even with all this...I would not trade the last 60 years with any other football fan.

That's the truth Brother. The love we all have for this team doesn't have a damn thing to do with anyone named Jones. I remember watching the Cowboys beat the Orange Crush in the Super Bowl when I had just turned 9 years old. Then crying my eyes out when we didn't get that last onside kick against the Steelers in the Super Bowl. Watching Vince Ferragamo and Billy Waddy knock us out and then my Hero Roger the Dodger retire. Jerry wants everyone to believe that he IS the Dallas Cowboys, but really, he's just the ignorant schmuck running the team into the ground

Wow. He sucked in Seattle as the offensive coordinator. We couldn’t wait to fire him.

I understand why your hopes are up there but Micah isn't going anywhere. The Cowboys can resign Parsons to the largest contract for a defender and still clear $100M in cap space AFTER the deal is done, but they won't, because they are cheap. But its ludicrous to think they can't keep him
I'm not saying that Dallas could not fit him under the cap, I am saying it may become a situation where it does not make sense for the player or the team.

If Dallas is basically in a losing situation either way and they could trade him for first rounders and a shot at a franchise Qb, trading Parsons and getting ammo to rebuild might make sense.

But yes, the more I read about Schottenheimer and his four-year contract, the same length as Dak's contract, the more it sounds like this is a bridge move of some kind by Jerry.
