The only real difference was the defense was worlds better but our D was a lot better than I expected this year. We just need another LB, and a quality edge rusher. I think we'll get them.

I'm pretty sure the Panthers were talking like this last year too after they lost the SB. Nothing is guaranteed in this league from year to another. You can look like a world beater in January and then lose 8 or more games the following season.

Jaylon Smith is rested and ready. His rehab is going great his nerve is regenerating which means he should fully recover.

It's tough to repeat success in the NFL year after year. The Cowboys look to be in good shape for another solid year next year, but who knows? A key injury here or there changes a lot if it were to happen, and your division is looking stronger too. You could go to the SB or you could miss the playoffs. Same as any team.

I said it years ago and I will say it now. The Cowboys will not win a Superbowl as long as Jerry and his kids keep calling the shots. I call it the Jimmy Johnson curse. I will say they have done a good job building an offensive juggernaut but at some point the fact that the head coach has no power will catch up with them. I am not sure how accurate this is but I believe the Cowboys are the only team that does not allow the head coach to pick his staff. On top of that the Joneses step in an meddle with everything. They took the play calling from Jason Garrett and gave it to Scott Linnehan who imo made some bad decisions in the game as well. His play calling was questionable at times. Like on the first drive when it was 3rd and 2 and they throw instead of pass. That was just stupid...especially when you have a team that played nickel defense pretty much the whole game.

They have the talent and as an Eagles fan it pains me to admit they will be Superbowl contenders next year and even more years going forward. However.....Jerry Jones and his constant meddling will find a way to fuck it up.
