haha if you're using firefox there's an add-on that can block certain aspects of pages.. i had it on one of my computers and blocked a lot of the frill on some sites because it took too long to load.. i'm sure you can block the banner?

He is one of three people accused of being involved, and he's been charged by the police with this crime, not a lawsuit. I really doubt it's a money grab.

Not much is or will be known for a while..

"Cousins and Fritsch were released from custody after paperwork was completed, but Petaccio, the lone American, was kept in a holding cell at the station on Saturday and transferred Sunday afternoon to the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center.

Petaccio, 18, is to appear in bail court Monday morning, while Cousins and Fritsch each were given Oct. 1 court dates.'

According to the paper, a pre-trial conference is a meeting between the Crown laywers (that's Canadian for prosecutor, because Canada is awesome), defense attorneys and the judge. Cousins and fellow defendants/teammates Andrew Fritsch and Nick Petaccio are due in court again on Jan. 14. Petaccio is a native of Sicklerville
