First win as a starter. Not a great win, but not a horrid one either. Dude really needs to work on the floating deep balls though.
Part of the narrative has to be he struggled most of the game with the third worst defense in the league. The plays were there for an ass whooping and he missed them. Overthrows, throwing inside on out routes.
I had no problem with his running the offense. It was his accuracy that was bad. Shark had a good point, is it fixable? Is he going to be like McNabb who would throw some passes that made you say "what a throw!" and then throw some others that make you say "WTF?" Time will tell but I think this was a big shot in the arm for him and some of these young guys who looking hungry for a win.
Defense looked great today.
And McLaurin continues to impress. He is really good.
i think one game doesnt make a career . he won when he played shitty (for the most part ) . he was 6-9 when we needed it and he got us the game winning FG
i tend to lean toward he learned much more and in the long run he will work out to be KC like
Don’t remember for sure. Think it was pretty average.
Easier to overcome a low cognitive skill set at any other position though. QB easily most important there.
