No offense sport, but if you live in Oklahoma, you'd be well advised to keep your disparaging opinions about other parts of the country to yourself. Oklahoma...a place so shitty we gave it away for 70 years and when we took it back, we gave land to settlers for FREE.

I live on Grand Lake, nobody between me and the water and when it's full I can jump into it from my retaining wall. Western Oklahoma is dry, but Eastern Oklahoma rocks!

I can't speak for anyone else, but I cheer for Team SEC because it infuriates the fuck out of some people on here and that my friends is just pure free entertainment for me.

However, under no circumstances will I hope for a Bama or Ole Miss victory. I'm a big fan of Boise State and WVU next week....

If you don't care about the rest of your own conference, then you must not be in contention of winning anything. Yea, I want South Carolina, Florida, and Auburn to win in their rivalry games, but not because I love all teams SEC. I want them to win because that makes MY TEAM's schedule look even tougher. But that goes with every OOC team we play also. I want Clemson to win every game they can (besides against us), because that makes our schedule tougher.

It's been 33 years since we won anything. And we contended the next few years thereafter. We've also done quite well in the BCS era, just missing the NC.

We can parse the statistics all you want ... when you were a Ladies College we were playing football and winning an NC and SEC titles. Congrats on the NC last year, but you've pretty much sucked otherwise for a long time. And you were too chicken to come into the SEC and play with the big boys, so don't start talking about your ACC championships.

Honestly its guilt by association. If you are a 10-2 team that plays in the "best conference" then you make the Orange Bowl. If you are 10-2 team that plays in a "bad conference " then you make the Liberty Bowl and play Ball State or whatever. I cheer for B10 teams to be good so it makes Iowa look better, not only that but I cheer for all the OOC teams Iowa plays too ( when they arent playing Iowa ). I hope Pitt, Iowa State and Ball State all go 11-1 this year and ALL lose to the same team. Iowa. Thats just the way it is and really I dont see why you wouldnt cheer for teams your team plays to be good.

I was always told by SEC guys the the dominance was the BCS bowl records. Well this past year they were 0-2. Dominance would dictate no lapse in winning. Instead a lapse occurred so how can it continue?

Make no mistake, we understand it just fine. We just don't participate in coat tail riding. Fuck FSU, Miami, NC St., yada, yada, yada .... and fuck USC and UGA.


Although I do have a soft spot for Va Tech. I don't know why. I've just always liked their program, even before they joined the ACC.
