They said they have completed tests which include just about everything it looks like.

Interesting concept. I don't see why not, hell, if I never had a flat ever again it would be fine by me.
I hate going to the tire shop and having a nail removed and patched up. Now, I guess you can just pull that little mother fucker out yourself no problem.
