only good thing i can say of snyder is he would have fired rivera after the chicago debacle this season.
No, he wouldn’t have. would have made it so painful and humiliating trying to get Rivera to quit. Dan didn’t like paying coaches to sit in the couch. remember how he treated zorn and Shanahan? Neither quit tho…

I think it's important to poach a GM candidate from a consistently successful program.

From this list, that would be the two guys from the Chiefs, and maybe the guy from the niners.

The Steelers guy is questionable, and I wouldn't touch the guy from either the Bears or Colts with a ten foot pole.

I don't know what to make of the Chargers guy. The Chargers are the definition of "meh."

Agreed
Borgonzi or Peters are my preferences. We have to build a winning culture and adapt the habits of successful organizations.

Well duh! Someone other than RR made knowledgeable decisions. On that note, the Raiders wasted little time giving Belechek's yard knome McDaniel's his walking papers. Good luck Antonio Pierce.

Here is a no trade mock I did lots of possibilities with what they could do in free agency

Yikes!!

I really like Brock Bowers and Tuimoloau, but not at 11 and 37 respectively. You also drafted no Upgrade at QB ( Ward is a huge project) one OG, one OT, plus USC WR Williams? Why?

What were your free agent moves?

Don't need one of those top QB's in the draft and I'm using that cap room to sign O-line in free agency

So, in your rebuild scenario, you are prepared to sign Howell to a big contract in a year or two from now? Wouldn't your team benefit from trading him for more draft assets and extending your QB time to three additional years? (Rookie contract)

BTW; which OL players are you targeting in free agency?

I must say this is an interesting approach.
