Let me ask you this...who is calling the shots on the trade front? Rivera, harris and group, Mayhew?

I am confused on this. I can't see why Rivera would purposely trade away key players when he is fighting for his job.

I also can't see harris and group calling in Rivera and ordering him to start trading away players.

Neither of those scenerioes make sense to me.
