I am hoping he works out and is the qb for the next 15 years. The team is better if Howell works out .... he is only 23, he has two or three years left on his rookie contract.

Washington Congress. It is my favorite.
No to congress , I would want warriors or red wolves if not redskinsWashington Congress. It is my favorite.

It falls on Rivera ultimately.
He has only acquired and developed 1 QB in 12 years as a HC.
The more I think about it, the more I think the new owner should dismiss Rivera as soon as possible. We simply cannot allow him to continue to drive the organization further in the ground. We are getting left in the dust in the division and Rivera's master plan is to start an unproven Sam Howell?
If the sale is final after the draft, I would start cleaning house ASAP. Unless Sean Payton was lying, prospective owners might be willing to do just that. If Payton was contacted by multiple prospective buyers, then it is obviously on somebody's mind to dismiss Rivera quickly after the purchase.
I am not interested in seeing Rivera coach this team one more game.
Was it not a better coached team as well?Wins are on the team , most recent case is Stafford , career losing record with the lions , goes to rams on a more talented team and wins a superbowl .
the press pushes that BS to boost ratings and readership . Real football people know it’s BS
New owner should bring back the band and fight song. What a huge part of my childhood. Wasn't offensive to anyone in the late 70's.
They sold their future for a SB .... I don't have a problem with that. Was it not a better coached team as well?
I was comparing the previous Lions/Stafford coached team to the Rams under McVay. I agree with you that basically when the Rams aquired McVay, they immediately sold their souls/draft picks to bring in stars to win a SB and it worked. Good for them as you mention but its the "short cut" or "cheaters" way of getting that ring. They sold their future for a SB .... I don't have a problem with that.
A shortcut that worked but they paid it the next year .... but for that one year they were bad to the bonelI was comparing the previous Lions/Stafford coached team to the Rams under McVay. Most of those picks were reaches and poor scouting
