I'm not sure. He would definitely be an upgrade, but I think the Flames are going to see which goalies are available this summer. Put it this way, he wouldn't be my first choice (still looking to see if the Flames can swing a deal with the Pens for Matt Murray).

I will be shocked if the Pens trade Murray. Gibson in Anaheim wouldn't surprise me though.

Update on Peter Loubardias - he was on the fan960 radio this morning, I didn't catch it, but apparently he's dealing with a liver issue (nothing cancer related) and he's going to see a liver specialist. He did say he's on the road to recovery, but still a long ways to go.

A bit late on this, but #Flames signee Daniel Pribyl will spend big chunk of this summer in Calgary rehabbing from knee surgery.

I wish the Flames could get a player from the Czech Republic that didn't have health issues. If you recall, Cervenka was dealing with a blood clot problem.
