All kidding aside, at this time it seems:

• Ownership is satisfied with Shanahan
• Shanahan was satisfied with Dubas
• There were discussions about if/how to make changes
• Shanny and Kyle did not agree on a path forward

What we dont know right now is: were there specific players the 2 disagreed on, and, Keefe's status

The most straightforward explanation is that Shanny had definite ideas on what needed to change and Kyle strongly disagreed with some or all of it.
