Truly worth a thousand words.
I’m starting to wonder if there’s enough to Mikhayev to draw interest from other teams despite the fact the guy clearly hasn’t recovered his shot. If the Leafs have to clear space to get more talent on the roster and Kerfoot is one component to go, Soupy’s $1.6m hit this year and next would add just enough to maybe increase the return and once Simmonds is back and Robertson back with the big club (he will have to go back to the O or stick with the Leafs once the O starts back up and he’s playing at almost a PPG in the A right now) I’m not sure there’s a spot on any wing for him above the fourth line and that’s just a waste.
Hey half of it was an in-parenthesis explanatory note!Holy run-on sentence Batman!
His follow up tweet says Brodie has been “invisible”, which, I agree. I haven’t seen him make a single mistake that makes me want to break my TV, something Zaitsev does literally nightly.
case in point:I dunno. The Leaf derangement syndrome is running fucking strong this season.
5 goals 7 pts in 6 games since this lol eat a dick Steve.THIS IS THE FUCKING COVERAGE YOU WANT????????????
I love that Thornton was the one who gave him the name and Willy (supposedly) has no idea why. Apparently this is a Thornton thing, too:the content BBB is here for
It's still half a season in but I was wrong about Dubas' "infatuation" with Brodie and he's been very good for the Leafs.Good to see TJ having a fine start with the Leafs...

Now I can only imagine how much better last season may have gone had Naz not veto'd the Calgary trade.
At the very least he would score 2 goals per game against the Leafs this season.I'm not a big Kadri fan, but you can't question how much he cares (sometimes too much) and it sure would have been nice to recoup something back for TJ. Sigh.
