By the way, TSN cemented its name as the Toronto Sports Network last night by putting the Raptors game on TSN and relegating game 7 NHL playoff hockey games to TSN2.

Are there people who get one and not the other? I assumed it was a package deal, don't really care which station plays which. Both games were fantastic, yesterday was just an all around great night for sports fans.

I think this might actually be more of a contractual thing, dash; I'm not sure. At any rate, I think the name was cemented back in the early 90's.

Most people would get both, but if you are on basic cable and your tv has a limited channel range, you might not receive TSN2. For example, where I am on the island, TSN is on channel 8 while TSN2 is on channel 147. Everybody should get channel 8, but depending on your tv, you might not get channel 147.

TSN is really getting on my nerves with their Whitecaps coverage. The game will be posted on TSN so I PVR it since I won't be around, only to find out they'de switched it over to CTV2 or TSN2. Fucking bullshit.

Unsure if this is the original Rob Ford thread, but it seems to fit here anyway. Apparently no one knows where the fuck Rob Ford is right now. He was last spotted in Chicago last week but he apparently said, "Don't worry, I'll be back. Don't change the locks." Which I am sure is reassuring to everyone in Toronto.
