I’m putting much more of this on Shanny than anyone. He hired Hunter and Dubas, two guys with completely different ideas of how to build a team, let them draft develop and scout, chose the whiz kid but didn’t bother to make sure he and the coach were on the same page.

You can’t build a team with two identities. Figure out which one you want and get going.
