Your good people sonny.

Most pats fans have nothing good to say about Peyton manning

Thanks Fudge appreciate that. Most Pats fans respected Peyton and know he is a first round ballot HOFer and the rivalry was like the Bird/Magic one. The ribbing was in good fun and Brady dominated the series until he got to Denver , where the Pats and Brady can't win

Alright everybody gather around
The Candy Man is here
What kind of candy you want
Sweet choc'late
Choc'late malted candy
Gum drops
Anything you want
You've come to the right man
Because I'm the Candy Man

Sammy Davis was one heck of an entertainer.

You don't like "Candy Man"? ........ I thought everybody loved that song.

I like his voice and the song but when you listen to the words, reminds me of stories you hear about guys in vans. 'Come here kid, I have candy for ya"

You should get your mind out of the gutter sonny. It sounds like a feel good song to me.

Mind in gutter has nothing to do with pedofilia, at least not for me. I'll send you a copy of Wllie Wonka, feel good movie. Did you take a ride in the stranger's van G&G for some squirrel nuts and mary janes?

willing to pay Mike Glennon starter bucks.

Lol... Yeah, about that.

There seems to be a weird idea out there that the Bears paid a bunch of money to Glennon, or made some commitment to him.

You should probably take a gander at the guaranteed money in the contract, and realize that this contract is valued at 24th amongst QB's. Which means he is literally one of the lowest paid starters in football. Outside of QB's still on their rookie deals, he IS basically the lowest paid QB that is expected to start, in all of football.

If he stinks in 2017, he can be straight up released next off-season with only a 4.5 million dollar cap hit. For those that were saying Hoyer would have been far cheaper. He's getting 4.5 mil guaranteed per year. To Glennon's 6 mil. Especially not a big discrepancy, considering Glennon's only 27.

Learning how NFL contracts and guaranteed money works is fun. Try it out.
