I don’t see any possible way they move Letang, either by his agreement or by any team taking on his full board without a lot of sweetener so that’s probably a summer buyout if anything.

Karlsson would likely go but they’re probably going to have to eat half. Still worth it IMO if they can get a good asset back.

Beyond that, if they move Rust, Bunting, Rakell and Hayes that would give them a lot of cap space to go after Marner/Rantanen etc in the off-season and maybe take another stab at things with Sid and Malkin.

Be interesting to see if Dubas would trade with Toronto because there’s a few names there I could see them interested in.
