Heh, my dad was building the C-train line there in the late 70s/early 80s.

Who knows, they may have crossed paths at a coffee truck. Or whacked each other with a barstool. Was Calgary, after all.

The only good C-Train story I have is sharing a ride with former Calgary mayor Ralph Klein. I believe he was going from the St. Louis Hotel to the Calgary Petroleum Club and was already three sheets to the wind

I would say it was 1981 so it is VERY possible knowing the town....
