Weird moment in last nights game. One of the Stars got a stick close to Fantillis face and he moves his head back. Ref calls the high stick and Adam says it didnt hit him.

So the red gave the original a high stick anyway and Famtilli 2 for unsportsmanlike. Literally he could not have been more sportsmanlike in telling the ref it wasn't a penalty. I guess that will teach him.

Good on the kid for not wanting to be known as a guy who dives though.

Seems like the ref didn’t want to ‘uncall‘ the original penalty for whatever reason, so he threw Adam in the box to even things out
