What can we expect from him?

He is incredibly fast and defensively responsible. He had a major shoulder injury and rehab was during COVID year and he hasn't regained his scoring touch from before that. I personally feel that's as much the injury as it is how the Jackets used him dragging Kuraly and Robinson around and playing on the checking line. I've always felt if he got stuck on the wing with a real puck distributor he could easily be a 20-25g guy.

Honestly, the change of scenery is the best for him. I hope he lights it up.

They should realistically be looking to move two. And contrary to what I said at the beginning of the season, it should NOT be Jake Bean. He is babysitting Gubberson and making him look good. So I guess that leave Peeke and Boqvist.

Unless someone wants Gudbranson. Although he has taken on team dad role. He went after Andersson the other night and pummeled someone who hit Johnson late too.

I might love a Peeke/Bean pairing.
