Yeah, he either broke his collarbone or tore his shoulder ligament. Went for a hit that a guy ducked and he jammed his elbow on the top of the dasher and bent his arm upward.


Gubberson also fell down/was tripped (ish) and went face first into the boards and looked pretty dazed. Lot of blood. Concussion spotters called him into the room and the Jackets finished the game with 4 defensemen.

Neither play was dirty, both just freak incidents. Especially the Gubberson one - Delauriers could have ended his career but you can see him brace himself to not hit him hard.

Jake Bean looked very strong after Gubberson went out paired with Peeke. They've called up Seattle Kraken legend Gavin Bayreuther and this year's "out of nowhere" chance signing Marcus Bjork. A 6'3" 210lb right shot monster.
