While Chen pitched well, we finally hit the ball some. I still have issues with AJ swinging at just about anything. The guy clearly does not recognize pitches nor does he even try to work the count. He is just baffling to me.


On a side note, Manny is improving and my guess is early May we should see him in the lineup.

the big test is him running the bases and it most likely after may 15 th on his return . he has to get his timing back as a hitter .

watching jiminez and watching santana in atl...we definitely should have signed santana...who i thought in my opinion should have been the starter to sign in the offseason

I wasn't upset about not signing Ervin Santana. From what I remember, he is awful against the AL East. Just hoping that Ubaldo can slowly start rounding into form of the pitcher that he was after the All Star break last year.

It may be true about Chen, but it's not true about Gonzalez.
