SJB from Huskers is not a Sherman clone. He may have a decent NFL career, but cant blieve some of what im seeing from local media :L
Its amazing to see him go from a 7th round prospect to a 2nd round prospect. Its almost like no one watched his games.

Meaning what he doesn't deserve to move up? I haven't seen tape on him yet?
He went from being really underrated to being really overrated. I suspect he'll end up going around the 4th round.

If there is a player in this draft that is like Sherman at least from a height physicality stand point I would say McGill is the guy. Played almost exclusively in the press man coverage and has the huge height and length you are looking for. Still very raw though and will need some major coaching.

My guess is the big corners will get pushed up at least a round or two because of what Seattle did. Teams will want to copy that making guys like SJP and McGill seem like all-stars. I will say I do like McGill but mostly because he actually is a pretty darn good cover corner and has the speed and length to make up some ground. Plus he will make some of those corner throws a bit harder for Quarterbacks.

Played at Washington St of course nobody's ever heard of him well unless your college team played WSU, hard hitter, nose for the ball and I had a feeling if he did well today he would move up some boards, Maylock had him #5 on his safeties ....

Yeah I will admit hadn't watched much of him until this whole draft process and knowing the Broncos need a safety. He definitely has a nice skill set. wouldn't mind him as a 2nd round pick at this point.

Maybe. I only think you can do what Seattle did if you have Earl Thomas, though, and Earl Thomas isnt in this draft

Oh I agree...Honestly on that defense of great players Thomas is by far the best one and the most irreplaceable. He is the reason all those other guys can be so aggressive in knowing they have such a talented player behind them. I also agree there is no player like him in this draft. Pryor I think could become the next Cam Chanselor or however you spell his name with his hard hitting and coverage ability.
